The Association of Exporters and Importers ” Countries of Central and Eastern Europe – China “

operates on the basis of the Polish Law of 7 April 1989 – Law on Associations (Journal: Dz. U.2001 , No. 79, item . 855 , as amended) . It is voluntary , self-governing non-profit association.

The members of the association are natural and legal person from Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe (including Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Hungary) interested in developing trade relations with China.

The association cooperates with state authorities and local governments in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the development and strengthening economic ties with entrepreneurs and their organizations in China.

The main purpose of the Association is to represent the interests of entrepreneurs (particularly micro and SME- enterprises) operating in the field of import, export and cooperation in the region of ​​Central and Eastern Europe and China. The association provides comprehensive help to entrepreneurs and business organizations in the development and strengthening economic ties with entrepreneurs and their organizations in China, with particular emphasis on support for small and medium businesses.

The association is involved in popularization of the good name of products and services of members of the Association and their promotion on the European and Chinese market.

The Association achieves its objectives by:

a) participation in fairs and exhibitions,

b ) organization of trade missions,

c ) assisting the members of the Association in establishing business contacts and in checking the reliability of commercial business partners,

d ) informing members of the Association about events and legal arrangements affecting economic relations within the scope of activities of the Association, including current and periodic information to develop forecasts and economic analysis ,

e) ) inspiring, initiating and completing tasks in creating and operating exhibition centers, centers for the promotion, development and innovation centers, design centers, business centers, regional development centers, and other tasks related to the development of entrepreneurship,

f ) the dissemination of knowledge about economic cooperation between Polish, Central European and Chinese entrepreneurs, through the organization of courses, exhibitions, training courses, workshops, lectures, seminars, as well as activities in other forms, including multimedia, for developing knowledge and professional skills of members of the Association,

g ) undertaking of regular cooperation and exchange of information with other centers dedicated to foster and promote knowledge of trade relations and economic potential of trade with China.The association was established after the Ningbo CEEC Expo Fair in June 2014 taking into account the The Bucharest 2013 Guidelines for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries and Ningbo 2014 Joint Document of China-CEEC Ministerial Meeting on Promoting Trade and Economic Coopertion that encouraged SMEs to play an active role in business cooperation and work to build a platform of exchanges and communication for SMEs from China and CEECs.

The Association fully supports the Belgrade Guidelines for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries, adopted in December 2014, at the 3rd Meeting of Heads of Government of China and Central and Eastern European Countries held in Belgrade, Serbia and the Chinese Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road. Issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry ofCommerce of the People’s Republic of China, with State Council authorization in March 2015.

The association was established in June 2014 and registered in the National Court Register on 26.06.2015.In August 2014 President of the association Dr. Jerzy Rzymanek participated in Local Leaders Meeting and China Investment Forum in Prague.

Recently CEEC-China Association President – Dr. Rzymanek initiated Chinese Embassy representatives and other diplomats participation in the study tour “Warmia and Mazury Pro-Invest 2015 „“Warmia and Mazury Pro-Invest 2015” was informational and promotional campaign aimed at showcasing existing investments with foreign capital in Warmia and Mazury and defining areas of potential development for new entrepreneurs.

The association is planning to organize CEEC-China Trade and Investment Fair and Conference from 18-to 21, September 2016 to be held in EXPO XXI premises in Warsaw , Poland.

The companies that are sharing the goals of the ASSOCIATION of Exporters and Importers “COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE –CHINA” and in particular the goal of STRENGTHENING ECONOMIC,CULTURAL and SOCIAL COOPERATION BETWEEN COUNTRIES CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE and CHINA serving peaceful development of the region are cordially invited to join our Association.
