CENTRAL EUROPEAN REVIEW
1) „Central European Review” is written in Polish and English
It is the first (established January 1993) independent, non – governmental, influential, private publication in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to the politics, business, and society, providing documents, analysis and information on EU, NATO and on their relations with Central European countries.
It carries documentation of EU, NATO, official papers and communiqués, articles, and reviews the most important events concerning European integration and security, thus providing a forum for policy and decision makers – politicians, MPs, senior Central European business executives and lobbyists, entrepreneurs, analysts, journalists, etc.
2) Special editions were offered in the case of important events (see nr. 19 – EU Summit, Amsterdam, June 1997; NATO Summit, Madrid July 1997), unique publications, outstanding analysis or/and major projects. They took form of special issues of „Central European Review” given to one particular country (see nr 2 – Holland), or selected subject (see nr 20/21 – cooperation among Poland, France and Germany – The Weimar Triangle).
( 3) Actually, considering the new challenges facing Central European countries „CER”,
not-for-profit web publication realizes new approach to above mentioned areas.
